Usually, roof problems are never prepared for. They often happen after a heavy downpour or some form of a storm. Your roof is left at the back of your mind, and a million things take priority over spending money on maintenance or repairs. If the worst happens and you have no option but to fix an issue with the roof but do not have the funds to do so, we can help you with an affordable monthly payment to get the work done. How does it work?

Step 1

Call the office and book an appointment at 0191 4895555

Step 2

One of our company representatives will come and survey the job, find the problem and put together a costing for what needs to be done. You will be presented via your personal email of all the finance options available to you. It is up to you which option suits you the best! (Just getting these options will NOT affect your credit score in any way).

Step 3

Once you have chosen which option suits you, the company representative will then begin to prep your finance application. You will now be credit checked. Do not go to this stage if you do not wish to be credit checked.

Step 4

You will be given a decision on your application. You still have the right to cancel this application for 14 days after agreeing. Please note that no work can start at your property without a signed agreement.

Step 5

Work commences, after completion a satisfaction note will be filled out by the customer and then sent to the finance company to notify them works are complete and the customer is happy.

Step 6

As per the agreement, the first monthly payment will be made on the date chosen by the customer the following month.

There is a minimum spend of £1000.00
Applicants must be over the age of 18 and must own the property.
All agreements must be paid off when the customer reaches their 85th birthday.
