Checkatrade Approved Member

We’ve been proudly vetted and approved by Checkatrade for over five years, with verified reviews from homeowners across the North East. This approval reflects our consistent performance across key areas like reliability, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

CHAS Elite Certification

Our CHAS Elite certification confirms we meet the Common Assessment Standard, a government-backed framework covering health and safety, risk, quality management, and financial control. It’s the most comprehensive CHAS level available and proves our team works to nationally recognised best practices.

CHAS Standard (SSIP Approved)

We’re also CHAS Standard certified and approved under SSIP (Safety Schemes in Procurement). This allows us to operate legally and safely as CDM Contractors and Principal Contractors. It demonstrates our understanding of legal obligations and our ability to manage safety on every job.

NFRC Trade Member

As a registered trade member of the NFRC, we meet the UK’s highest standards in roofing practice. Membership involves audits, adherence to codes of practice, and proof of customer care. It’s a trusted sign that your roof is in qualified, accountable hands.

NFRC Competent Person Scheme (CPS)

Being certified under the NFRC’s Competent Person Scheme allows us to self-certify that roofing work meets Building Regulations, saving you time, paperwork, and fees. It also proves we’re technically competent, audited regularly, and licensed to issue Building Regulations compliance certificates directly.

Consumer Protection Association Member

We’re approved by the Consumer Protection Association (CPA), giving you access to insurance-backed guarantees and deposit protection. CPA membership involves regular checks and provides customers with one of the strongest safeguarding frameworks in the home improvement sector.

Certass Trade Association Member
