This lovely family finally admitted defeat and decided their beautiful cottage needed a new roof replacement.
The family for years had seen signs of deterioration and nail sickness in their slates they were getting tired of doing constant costly repairs year after year.

Sticking with conservation laws and building control, we removed the current roof covering of all materials, strengthened and straightened the timbers, and then supplied and installed a new Spanish slate with treated timber laths with a breathable membrane.
Bringing the standards with building control up to 2023 standards and following conservation laws. The customer also had all-new fascia, guttering and downpipes to finish off the job!
This transformation was a big job and took the team 12 working days to complete.
